Lisa Stoutemire has 19 years of experience in the medical field. She obtained a Certificate in Surgical Technology at Choffin School of Surgical Technology and maintains National Certification in Surgical Technology through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting. As the Clinical Coordinator for the Surgical Technology program at the Youngstown Campus, she is responsible for the general success of the student’s clinical experience, as they work in the hospital setting. Lisa provides classroom and lab instruction for Surgical Technology core classes. She obtains new clinical sites, as well as maintaining current sites and works closely with each student and the Program Director to make certain each student meets all externship requirements. Lisa is also an instructor at the Akron Area Campus.
