Darlyn McDermott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Arts degree in organizational leadership, both from Malone University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in organizational strategy from Capella University. Darlyn also holds an associate degree in general commercial insurance, as well as the following professional certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt Process Improvement, Claims Legal Principles Specialist II, Certified Work Comp Advisor, and Chartered Leadership Fellow. She is an instructor at National College’s Stark County Campus, where she also serves as the business management department chair.
