Victoria Payne is an instructor of Health Information Technology courses at the Indianapolis Campus. She has worked full time in the medical field for 17 years in a variety of capacities, including positions in accounts receivable, coding, compliance and management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from IUPUI and holds certification as a Certified Professional Coder by the AAPC.
