Lacy E. Boyd Jr. has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology working for Xerox Corporation and Lexmark International. He is a U. S. Navy Veteran and has worked as a Systems Analyst, Systems Consultant and Corporate Instructor and trainer. He owns Grand$ystems Consultants who focuses mainly on Health Information Technologies. Lacy received an associate degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan, and a Master of Science degree in Health Care Management. Lacy had an article, “Evolving Technologies: Are We Ready,” published in the inaugural issue of a new online, peer-reviewed publication, titled Instructional Practice in Higher Education: an Online Journal. He is an instructor in the IT department at the Indianapolis Campus.
