Kimberly Leyman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and is a Certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants. She has experience working as a CMA in the areas of pediatrics, OB/GYN, and family practice. Kimberly has also worked in higher education since 2009 in various roles, including admissions specialist, faculty member, and medical assisting program director. Currently, she serves as the director of health sciences education at ANU’s Fort Wayne Campus. Kimberly has won numerous leadership awards and recognition in her career and has also served as a textbook reviewer for McGraw-Hill’s medical assisting textbook.
