Sammy J. Martin is the owner of Able and Associates Investigations and Forensics Consulting LLC, a private investigations firm located in Princeton, WV and specializing in computer forensics, network security, network intrusion, and eDiscovery investigations. He has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, previously served as a vice president in the Los Angeles office of Duff and Phelps, LLC, and was part of the Dispute & Legal Management Consulting Practice, where he managed the Los Angeles Forensics Laboratory. He also previously worked as a Special Agent of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) where he specialized in the investigation of environmental and major government procurement frauds and was one of the first Special Agents assigned to conduct computer forensic analysis and investigate intrusions into the Department of the Navy’s computer networks systems. He then worked as a Special Agent of the NASA Office of Inspector General (OIG) at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA, where he was responsible for conducting investigations relating to fraud, waste and abuse of NASA assets and programs, and specialized in computer forensics and network intrusion investigation. Sammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College and currently serves as Information Technology department chair at the ANU Princeton Campus.
