Carlos Black is presently a Regulatory Analyst and has a background in public utility regulation as both an Investigator and Analyst. He also has more than 15 years of teaching experience at the career and technical college level. Carlos received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and his master’s degree in business education from Middle Tennessee State University. Carlos is past-president of both the Tennessee Business Education Association and the Gamma Eta chapter of Delta Pi Epsilon, a national graduate honor society for professionals in business education. He teaches keyboarding, business, and medical assisting courses at the National College of Business & Technology Nashville and Madison Campuses.
